I don’t know if my recipes are worth anything, but they are all made from scratch, using only fresh, unprocessed ingredients so as to avoid sulfites, which were the cause of my husband’s many ailments for over twenty years: migraines, teary eyes, unexplained abundant sweating, swollen eyes, seasonal allergies and asthma. I have also eliminated gluten and dairy products. He now lives medication-free, except for the very occasional asthma when in a polluted environment… or after accidentally ingesting sulfites.
    I do not claim that my recipes will fix everyone’s health issues, but I will be glad to share them.
