1 and half cup self raising flour
Half cup oil
Half cup castor sugar
4 tbspn milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 ripe bananas mashed
Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius and grease a loaf or cake tin.
In a large bowl beat eggs, oil, vanilla essence, milk and sugar together.
Sift in the self raising flour.
Add mashed bananas and mix well. Pour batter into prepared tin and bake for +-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes before turning cake out on a wire rack.
½cup icing sugar sifted,
add 1 tablespoon condensed milk,
1-2 tsp of lemon juice,
Add gradually, blend together until smooth enough to spread. Sprinkle with orange zest. Enjoy with a hot cup of tea.
