Ingredients:
10 baby spinach leaves,
rinsed and finely chopped
1/4 onion finely sliced
1 dry chilli, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
Add pinch of fine salt to above
Add to above:
1 cup Taj Mahal bhajia mix
1 tsp jeera seeds
Add about +- half cup water
Mix together to make thick batter
Fry in hot oil.
Strain excess oil and place on absorbent paper.
Serve with hot cup of tea

Cattie, Shyama bought this product in South Africa at a local store. She did provide me witb a picture of the packet but am unable to upload it here. If you would like to see it, please send me your email address then I will gladly email it to you.
But if its not in India, it must be only for Exports.

Use 2cups of gram (chana) flour,
1 cup cake flour,
1 cup of self raising flour
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp jeera powder
Chilli powder (optional)
