1 pack Ma Baker pastry sheets
Half cup cabbage julienne
1 carrot peeled julienne
1 large onion finely sliced
3 green chillies finely chopped
1 red chilli chopped fine
3 chicken breasts cut into strips,
marinate with 1 tsp lemon juice,
1 tsp ground ginger/garlic,
1 heaped tsp Aminas tikka spice.
Heat 1 tbspn oil, add 1/4 tsp ground ginger garlic, fry few seconds
Add chopped chicken, stir
Add salt to season, + 1 tsp margarine, 1/4 tsp jeera/dhania/paprika, stir.
Add onions, cook until soft, add cabbage, stir, cook few minutes, then add carrots, chillies, stir in 2 tsp peri peri sauce and 1 tsp tomato sauce.
When done remove from heat, add fresh chopped dhania.
Cool, then use to make the spring rolls…heat oil to fry, place on absorbent paper.
