Easy, no long-winded recipe, mix and bake and that’s what you get with this Single Mixture Milk Tart.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cake flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup soft butter

Method

  1. Mix all together.
  2. Place in a 9 cm pie dish or use mini tart casings as I did.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and bake for approx 30 minutes or until cooked through.
