Vanilla Sponge Cake
125 g butter
1 3/4cup castor
155 g tin dessert cream
2 3/4 cup self raising flour
1 cup milk
Cream butter and sugar till creamy.
Add dessert cream and essence, mix well.
Add flour alternately with milk and mix till well combined.
Bake @ 180C till done.
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp essence of your choice
Cream butter well.
Add sifted icing sugar.
Then add essence and milk, mix well
