- 12 Smoked Vienna
- 12 Mozzarella sticks
- 12 Bacon strips
- Make a slit in the sausage but not right through.
- Fill with mozzarella sticks and wrap in streaky bacon.
- Secure with toothpicks.
- Grill in the oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon has crisped and the cheese has melted.
- Serve with roasted sweet potato wedges, baked beans, and sweetcorn.
