Smoked Vienna with Mozzarella and Bacon

The smokiness of the Vienna sausage paired with the creamy mozzarella and the salty bacon is a unique and delicious combination. It would be a great addition to any meal.


  • 12 Smoked Vienna
  • 12 Mozzarella sticks
  • 12 Bacon strips


  1. Make a slit in the sausage but not right through.
  2. Fill with mozzarella sticks and wrap in streaky bacon.
  3. Secure with toothpicks.
  4. Grill in the oven at 180 C for 15 to 20 minutes or until the bacon has crisped and the cheese has melted.
  5. Serve with roasted sweet potato wedges, baked beans, and sweetcorn.
