2 large ripe mangoes
200ml tub Fat free Greek yoghurt
1 table-spoon peanut butter
2 table spoons oatmeal

1 cup organic kefir (or low fat plain yoghurt)
1 tsp cocoa
What a refreshing drink – You have to try the carrot juice with it. It’s unbelievable refreshing!!
