Add a little bit of this, a little bit of that and then something more, just for fun and enjoy
Stir fry Veggies & Cheese Overload Pizza (Indian touch)
Herbal Pizza base (medium size)
Veggies (French bean, frozen peas, capsicum, carrot)
Butter or oil
Take a pan add butter with few drops of oil and add mustard seeds & curry leaves stir for 30 seconds and then add chopped onion and veggies and spices (chaat masala, Salt, Oregano, Chilli flakes) stir fry for 5-7 minutes on medium flame then switch off the gas and add Coriander leaves.
Saute capsicum rings in that pan separately for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Take Pizza base and apply Pizza sauce and spread Cheese then place the Capsicum rings (picture is given below) and then fill the gap in ring with stir fry Veggies and press with spoon.
Now spread again Cheese and place the tomato slices and sprinkle Pizza seasoning.
Now place this Pizza in a pan with few drops of oil or butter, cover it and fry on low flame untill the cheese melt
Serve pizza with Tomato ketchup and enjoy the taste.
