Steamed veggies
I used 1 butternut and 4 carrots, but veggies of choice.
Cut into chunks and steam until almost soft.
Drain and place in a Pyrex.
Mix together 1cup cream, salt, pepper and garlic.
Pour over the veggies and bake at 180 degrees until golden.
Roast potatoes
Cut potatoes into chunks or wedges and steam in salted water till almost soft.
Drain and place in an ovenproof dish, pour a few tablespoons of oil over and toss to cover all the potatoes.
Place in the oven until golden brown.
Spicy chicken
Marinade your chicken with 1tsp salt, 1/2tsp pepper, 1tsp garlic.
Then add 1 beaten egg and mix through well.
Roll into seasoned flour, drizzle with olive oil and bake @180 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until cooked through.
You can use chicken fillet too cut into strips.
I used a whole chicken.
