8 hake fillets
2cups of flour
2teaspoons of mixed herbs
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons white pepper powder
Combine above ingredients with just enough soda water to make a thick batter.
Dip fish in batter and.fry for approximately five minutes per side.
Serve with chips or salad
