Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs shelled and kept aside
7 to 8 chillies
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 cup frozen peas
1 onion sliced
6.large tomatoes chopped
3 dried red chillies
Method
Heat a tablespoon of oil
Add onion and a finely chopped sprig of curry leaves
Add all other ingredients except eggs.
Cover and simmer on medium heat for approximately twenty minutes
Add eggs and garnish with dhania
