2 onions sliced
2 tomatoes diced
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
2 green chillies
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 tablespoon masala
Heat two tablespoons of oil add a handful of finely chopped curry leaves two cinnamon sticks and two bay leaves
When onion has browned add duck with all the spices salt chillies and tomatoes stirring to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on medium heat for approximately 45 minutes or until duck is tender and gravy has thickened.
