1,5 kgs lamb
1 teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger
1 large onion sliced
2 tomatoes diced
2 each cinnamon sticks bay leaves aniseed
salt to taste
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
1 tablespoon mixed masala
Fry onion in a tablespoon of oil
Add cinnamon sticks bay leaves and aniseed
Fry until onions nicely browned
Add your meat and all the spices, tomatoes and salt
Fry the meat with the spices coating the meat with the spices for approximately five minutes
Add two tablespoons of water cover and simmer on medium heat for approximately 25 minutes or until lamb tender garnish with dhania. ..enjoy!
