Ingredients:
1kg turkey skin removed and cut into pieces
Marinate turkey with the following
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic
2 teaspoons crushed chilli
1 tablespoon curry powder
Marinate preferably overnight or one hour, is fine as well
1large onion sliced
1 cup frozen peas
Salt to taste
2 tomatoes diced
2 green chilli
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Heat a tablespoon of oil
Add onion together with two cinnamon sticks and bay leaves.
When onion nicely browned add meat with all other ingredients except peas.
Lower heat and cook for twenty minutes.
Then add peas and cook for a further five minutes
