1 cauliflower chopped and washed

2 green chilli
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1 small tomato diced
Heat a tablespoon of oil
Add onion with a finely chopped sprig of curry leaves and green chilli
Fry onion until nicely browned
Add cauliflower with all the other ingredients.
Lower heat and cook for a further 25 minutes
Garnish with dhania.
