Ingredients
1kg chicken (cornish)
2 teaspoons ginger and garlic
6green chilli
Salt to taste
3 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon each cumin and coriander powders
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
Five potatoes halved
Method
Heat two tablespoons of oil
Add onion two.each cinnamon sticks bay leaves and aniseed.
Add chicken and all.other ingredients.except potato.
Cover and cook on medium heat adding a tablespoon or two of water to prevent.sticking to.the bottom of the pot if needed.
Cook for an hour.
Add potatoes and continue cooking until potatoes are done
