250g butter (not margarine)
1 cup castor sugar
2 teaspoons cocoa
Flour as needed
1 teaspoon coffee essence
Cream butter and sugar until light and creamy.
Add coffee essence and cocoa
Add su.fficient flour to obtain a Soft dough
Grease trays and pipe biscuit onto tray
Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes at 180deg
Sandwich biscuits when cool.with melted chocolate
