2 large onions sliced
6 to 8 large tomatoes grated
1 teaspoon crushed ginger and garlic
1 tablespoon kashmiri chilli powder
2 tablespoons mix masala
Salt to taste
12 green chillies
2 teaspoons liquid tamarind
Fry onions in 2 tablespoons oil until translucent
Add green chilli tomatoes and all the spices and tamarind cook on high stirring continously for approximately 5 minutes
Add crab and salt stir cover and simmer for about 40 minutes
After 40 minutes add half a cup of water and simmer for another ten minutes.
Remove from stove and garnish with coriander
