12 lamb chops
2 cups breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
2 eggs beaten
1 cup flour
Steam chops for twenty minutes in a cup of water with a tablespoon of ginger and garlic. Discard water and let chops cool
Rub in a tablespoon of curry powder and add the salt and pepper.
Roll in flour, then dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry approximately 4 minutes per side
