500 g shrimps
4 large tomatoes diced
3 green chilli
2 minced cloves ofgarlic
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
2 teaspoons masala
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 onion diced
Heat two tablespoons of oil add onion and two sticks of cinnamon.
Fry onion until nicely browned add tomatoes and spices, chilli, garlic salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low heat for fifteen minutes, then add shrimps
Cover and cook for a further fifteen minutes or until gravy thickens
