Sureka’s Deepika’s masala lamb chops
12 lamb chops washed and any visible fat removed
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 tablespoon masala
1 onion diced
1 tomato diced

Steam chops in half a cup of water for fifteen minutes.
Remove from pot and throw away.any remaining liquid.
In a separate pot heat a tablespoon of oil add onion and green chilli fry until onion browned add meat spices salt and tomato cover.and.simmer on low for twenty minutes

Diya’s baked beans
2x 410 g baked beans
2 onions sliced
2 teaspoons chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 green chilli

Heat a tablespoon of oil add onion and green chilli.
When onion nicely browned add all other ingredients cover and simmer on low for fifteen minutes
