Sureka’s Egg and potato curry

2 large potatoes cubed
Salt to taste
4 boiled eggs
1 onion sliced
2 green chillies
1 tomato diced
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder

Heat two tablespoons of oil or butter ghee.
Add onion when browned add potatoes salt spices tomato and chillies.
Add two tablespoons of water cover and cook for approximately 15 minutes or until potatoes are cooked.
Slice eggs in half and add to curry spoon over the gravy over the eggs
