1/2 cup castor sugar
1 / 2 cup margarine
1 and 1/2 cups flour sifted with 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix together :
1 teaspoon baking powder
with 1 and a half tablespoons each oil and water
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add flour and baking powder
mixture and combine well.
Roll dough into balls dip in milk and roll in coconut.
Bake in a pre-heated oven on a greased baking sheet for approximately 20 minutes .
When cool top with jam.
