Mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl :
1 cup sugar
1 and a half cups self raising flour
1 and a half cups semolina
1 and a half cups dessicated coconut
1/4 teaspoon elaichi powder (cardomon)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder
Bring the following to the boil and then add to the dry ingredients :
3 cups milk
250g margarine
Mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 180degC for approximately 25 minutes
