2 cups sugar
2 tablespoons oil
3 cups self raising flour
1 cup buttermilk
Syrup 1 cup water and 1 and half cups sugar boil until sugar dissolves
Mix together 2 tablespoons of milk with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar to sandwich cakes together
Cream margarine and sugar add buttermilk and flour.
Knead into a soft dough
Break of golf sized balls of dough and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes at 180degrees
Sandwich cakes together with icing dip in Syrup and roll in coconut
