1kg fish
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon tumeric powder
2 cloves minced garlic
Mix all ingredients together except salt.
Marinate fish in the mixture for an hour.
Fry on medium heat in hot oil approximately five to seven minutes per side and season with salt.
