Sureka’s Lamb Kebaab, Chutney with Eggs

TRH Sureka's Lamb kebaab chutney with eggs

500g lamb mince
1onion diced
2 tablespoons finely chopped mint
2 tablespoons finely chopped dhania
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon dhania powder
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder

Mix above ingredients into mince.
Make kebabs.
Take two tablespoons of mince mixture and roll into balls.
Place on greased oven tray and bake for 20 minutes at 180deg.
Remove from oven and keep aside
Boil 4 eggs shell halve and keep aside

Chutney
6 tomatoes liquidised or finely chopped
2 green chilli
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons chilli powder
1 onion diced
1/2 teaspoon masala

Heat two tablespoons of oil add onion and fry until brown add all other ingredients cover and cook on medium heat for approximately twenty minutes. Add kebabs.
Spooning chutney over kebaabs and add boiled eggs cover and simmer for ten minutes . Garnish with dhania
