Sureka’s Lamb ribs

TRH Sureka's Lamb ribs

For the marinade:
1 and a half cups tomato sauce
1 and half cups bbq sauce
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon dhania powder
Boil above ingredients together for ten minutes and keep aside

1kg ribs
Boil ribs in three cups of water with two cinnamon sticks, three whole peppercorns, two bay leaves and one teaspoon ginger and garlic for 25 minutes.
Remove ribs from water and dip into marinade and place on greased oven tray
Season with salt and place in pre heated oven at 180 deg for thirty minutes basting with marinade.
