1 green pepper sliced
1 x 410g can butter beans
2 green chilli
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic
Salt to taste
1 onion diced
1 tomato diced
2 teaspoons chilli powder
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon dhania powder
Fry onion with a sprig of curry leave and 2 cinnamon sticks until nicely browned.
Add all other ingredients, cover and cook on medium heat for 25 minutes
