1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup desiccated coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup brown sugar
175g margarine
1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 and half cups flour
Half a slab peppermint crisp chocolate chopped
Preheat oven to 180c
Sift dry ingredients
Cream butter and sugar together until light and creamy add vanilla essence and dry ingredients knead into a soft dough.
Press dough into a greased square baking pan.
Bake for approximately 20 minutes top with peppermint crisp as soon as u remove pan from oven .
Cut into slices when cool
