2 3/4 cups chocolate. I used whatever was in the refrigerator – A combination of milk chocolate and dark chilli chocolate
3/4 cup fresh cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence or any other flavouring of your choice.
I omitted the flavouring as I used chilli chocolate
Melt chocolate, add cream once chocolate melted and stir together.
Add the flavouring and refrigerate for two hours.
Remove, and roll into balls and roll balls in chocolate vermicelli or cocoa powder
