You have to try this tested recipe made of GF flour with Pumpkin Seeds and Apricot Biscotti. Although I have to say so myself, this is the best ever I have managed to make GF.
An amazing recipe. I added cranberries with the walnuts and the mistake I made was not spreading these evenly. Very nice subtle spice flavors.

It was my first attempt at making biscotti and so I didn’t even know what to expect with a low carb version. My slicing technique needs work for sure but they are crunchy and deleeeessssh.
1 kg whole-wheat bread flour (you can also use regular whole-wheat flour)
