Samp and mutton
Meat
1 cup sugar beans
1 cup samp
Oil
1 onion sliced
2 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp dhania and geera powder.
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp bombay masala
1 sprig curry leaf
Cinnamon sticks
Bayleaves
2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
Salt to taste
Water added accordingly
1 tsp crushed chillies
Method
Pre cook beans and samp and set aside.
Cut meat in small pieces, fry onions and cinnamon, bayleaves, in hot oil, add tumeric and all the other spices one at a time
Add ginger and garlic paste and mix
Add tomato paste and curry leaves and mix
Add meat and mix till well combined, let meat cook a little
Add water accordingly and let meat cook, once half cooked add samp and beans and salt to taste, leave samp to simmer till completely cooked.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
Samp complete when gravy is thick
