Wipe turkey with wet paper towel.
Stuff inside with 2 onions and 4 garlic cloves, chopped.
Mix salt, pepper and chicken spices according to weight of turkey- rub the turkey with mixture.
Add 30 ml of flour to a large cooking bag and shake.
Place whole turkey in bag and bake at 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) (6-8 kg turkey unstuffed around 2.5-3 hours)
