Ingredients
500g beef
Peas (I used about 2 hand full)
1 tomato
1 onion
Oil
Salt
2 bay leaves
2 cinnamon sticks
1 tsp whole jeera
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp crushed chillies
1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp dhania powder
1/2 tsp jeera powder
1/2 tsp tumeric powder
Method
First fry whole jeera and cinnamon in oil for a few seconds, then add onions and bay leaves, allow onions to cook for a few minutes.
Then add all the spices, ginger,garlic and salt.
Allow spice to cook for a few seconds, then add tomatoes ( can add a bit of hot water at this stage)
after tomatoes are cooked add beef. ( Add water as required ) When beef is fully cooked I added the peas ( I used frozen peas)
Let curry cook for a few more minutes then turn off gas and add curry leaves.
