3 bunches red herbs (cleaned and washed, place washed herbs in colander)
1 large onion (finely sliced)
3 green chillies
4 tomatoes – pureed
4 cloves of garlic (finely sliced)
Braise onion in oil, add garlic and green chillies, after onions are softened, add tomatoes and salt.
Allow tomatoes to cook for a few minutes, then add herbs.
When herbs is almost cook, take off the pot lid, all water in curry must be evaporate, turn off gas after this process is complete.
Enjoy this on its own with rice, roti, puri or just ordinary bread
