TRH Thilleshni's Choc mint crisp squares

Ingredients
250g butter
60ml sunflower oil
250ml sugar (1 cup)
50ml cocoa powder
400ml desiccated coconut
500ml cake flour
5ml baking powder
2x 50g peppermint crisp chocolate bars (grated)

Cream butter until soft
Stir in oil until well blended
Add sugar and cream until light and fluffy
Stir in cocoa powder and coconut
Sift flour and baking powder and stir into mixture to make a fairly soft dough
Press into a greased baking sheets and bake at 200C for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown
Cut into squares while warm
Sprinkle grated peppermint crisp
Cool before removing from baking sheet
Makes 36-40
