Thilleshni's Fish Roe and Chutney

Ingredients
500g Fish roe
1tsp chilli powder
1tsp crushed chillies
Itsp dhania powder
1tsp jeera powder
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1/2 tsp tumric powder
Salt
1 table spoon olive oil
Marinated the fish roe with the above ingredients and refrigerate for 1 hour or more
Then fry lightly, do no over fry, Fish roe will become too crisp
Chutney
Ingredients
8 Large tomatoes pureed
1 large onions
3 chillies
Salt
Oil
Method
Fry onions in oil, then add tomatoes and green chillies
And salt.
Wait for chutney to be half cooked then cut up fish roe to bite sizes and add to chutney.
Cook until chutney is cooked, turn off gas and then add curry leaves, I also added a sprinkle of originum
Allow chutney to simmer with pot lid slightly opened
Note: I used coconut oil and pink himalaya salt
