Thilleshni's Fried Fish Chutney

Ingredients:
500g fresh Fish (I used red fish)
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garum masala
1 tsp jeera powder
1 tsp dhania powder
1 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp ground ginger and garlic
1 tbl spoon olive oil
Salt
Method:
Marinate the fish with the above spices and oil for an hour or more
Lightly fry fish in oil
Chutney
10 small to medium tomatoes
1 large onion
3 green chillies
Salt
Oil (I used the same oil I fried the fish in)
Originum
Method
Fry onions in oil, add tomatoes and green chillies and salt.
Allow chutney to cook till almost done, then add fried fish and all to cook till chutney is full cooked. After you turn off gas, add a sprinkle of originum and curry leaves.
