Tinfish curry

1 can fish
4 grated tomatoes
1 sliced potato
1 spring curry leaf
1 tsp ginger n garlic
1 sliced onion
Few chillies
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp geera n dhania
1 tsp tumeric
Oil accordingly
Salt to taste

Braise onions and chillies in hot oil, add tumeric, dhania geera, chilli powder fry a little, add ginger and garlic ,add tomatoes and curry and potatoes and let it cook,once potato is done add the tinfish and a slight mix and add salt and leave to simmer, water optional.
Nice with roti or just plain rice.Boil eggs optional.Throw a bit of dhania once done.
