TRH Tripe curry

Tripe or should I say Bottie curry
Tripe curry
1 sliced large onion
1 grated large tomato
1 tsp ginger n garlic
Salt to taste
Gadra beans
Tripe
Sprig of curry leaf
1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
2tsp bombay masala
1tsp tumeric
1tsp dhania n geera
Few chillies
Dhania
Cinnamon sticks
Bayleaves
Oil
2 tsp osmans chilli powder

Method
Steam tripe in a little vinegar,once ready strain excess water and cut in small pieces, steam gadra and set aside, braise onion in hot oil,add spices one at a time, saute, add ginger n garlic mix, add tomatoes and braise, add tripe and beans and let it cook, add curry leaf,a little water and salt, leave to cook for a while,once done add dhania.
