Vegetable curry:
Fry chopped onions till golden,
add 1tsp salt,
1tsp chillies,
1tsp garlic,
1tsp methi masala (atchar masala),
1tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp crushed pomegranate seeds.
Stir fry and add 1/2cup chopped tomatoes, then add vegetables.
I added sliced carrots, aubergines and peas.
Cook until soft and well blended.
