Mushroom and Veggie Rice
- Half punnet sliced mushrooms
- Nob of butter/margerine
- Spice for rice
- 50g country crop veggies
- ± 2 cups Cooked rice
- Add butter/ margarine to the pan
- Add mushrooms and allow to braise
- Add veggies and allow to cook for 5 mins
- Add cooked rice and add spice for rice, mix together
- Add more salt or spice for rice to your liking
- Add a drizzle of olive oil and turn the heat off and allow to sizzle on the hot stove plate for 1min
- Remove and serve with meat.
