Bolognese sauce
Used mince with garlic & the Ina Paarman tomato & basil sauce.
Cook until mince is nearly done, separate with a fork.
If you wash the mince it’s separates automatically.
Added whole peeled tomatoes, mashed with seasoning.
Salt, cayenne & white pepper.
Can serve with Tabasco sauce & spaghetti.
Lasagna
I used bolognaise sauce.
I layered the Ina Paarman creamy pasta sauce, with lasagna sheets, bolognaise sauce & repeated until l ended with lasagna sheets.
Beat 1 egg with a cup of milk. Pour over pasta.
Grate mozzarella cheese over & sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Steamed cauliflower on the side was a perfect accompanied for the very rich cheese sauce.
