Zucchini noodles aren’t exactly new, and they certainly aren’t any sort of replacement for real pasta, but they’re so easy to make. Aside from the actual making-a-squash-into-noodles part. They cook in just a few minutes and they subtly soak up flavors from other ingredients for a delightfully blended dish.
