Instructions

  1. Mix, butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla essence.
  2. Sift flour and baking powder.
  3. Add salt and sugar.
  4. Gradually add milk mixture, making it into a thick batter of pouring consistency.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium.
  6. Place a tsp oil before each crumpet.
  7. Pour little batter on hot thaw.
  8. Wait until you see bubbles appearing.
  9. Then gently turn over.
