- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh spinach (skip it if you don’t have any—it’s still great without!)
- 4 filets of your favorite fish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). While it heats up, get everything prepped.
- In one bowl, mix up your butter, mustard, and honey.
- In another, toss the bread crumbs and spinach together.
- Season your fish.
- A little salt, a little pepper, just enough to make it tasty.
- If you have dried dill, sprinkle a pinch. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference.
- Coat each filet with your honey-mustard sauce, and top it off with the crumb mixture.
- This combo is the secret sauce, literally.
- Pop it into the oven for about 15 minutes.
- You’ll know it’s done when the fish flakes like a dream with a fork.
- Squeeze a lemon wedge over the top, and dinner is ready!
