Description

Craving for some warm, fluffy, and delicious Homemade Garlic Naan Bread?  You’re in for a treat. Get baking.


Ingredients

Units Scale

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup warm water, not Boiling

Instructions

  1. Add all dry ingredients to a bowl
  2. Add oil
  3. Gradually add water to make a soft dough
  4. Knead for about 5 minutes
  5. Roll into a ball and place in an oiled big bowl
  6. Allow resting for 30 to 50 minutes or until it doubles in size
  7. Then break it into 7 pieces
  8. Roll out
  9. Fry on a medium-heated Thawa.
  10. Brush with garlic butter
  11. Garnish with dhania
  12. Enjoy
