Ingredients

- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup warm water, not Boiling
Instructions
- Add all dry ingredients to a bowl
- Add oil
- Gradually add water to make a soft dough
- Knead for about 5 minutes
- Roll into a ball and place in an oiled big bowl
- Allow resting for 30 to 50 minutes or until it doubles in size
- Then break it into 7 pieces
- Roll out
- Fry on a medium-heated Thawa.
- Brush with garlic butter
- Garnish with dhania
- Enjoy
